Our Story
Irish Football Careers was born in 2025 from a simple frustration: finding coaching roles in Irish football relied too much on word of mouth, social media posts, and knowing the right people.
We saw talented coaches missing out on opportunities and clubs struggling to find the right fit. There was no dedicated, professional space where the two could connect.
So we built one. A platform purpose-built for Irish football, designed to make the hiring process straightforward for clubs and the job search transparent for coaches.
We're just getting started -- and we're building this alongside the community it serves.
